About the Role:

Aequitas Trailer is seeking a reliable and hard-working Part-Time Yard Assistant / Gopher to help with general labor tasks and odd jobs around our trailer yard and project sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with trailer maintenance and cleaning
• Move tools, parts, and supplies between work areas
• Run errands (e.g., hardware store, parts pick-up, etc.)
• Perform basic yard cleanup and organization
• Support technicians and staff with minor tasks and lifting
• Load/unload materials and help with deliveries if needed

Requirements:

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Experience with tools or basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• 1–3 days per week depending on workload
• Flexible hours (mostly weekdays)
• Opportunity for additional hours as needed
