Rental Requirements

Tow Vehicle & Towing Capacity
It’s your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle you’ll be using meets the necessary towing capacities for the trailer you plan to rent. Make sure your vehicle’s hitch and wiring are in good working order before pickup.

Pickup & Drop-Off Times
Adhering to agreed pickup and drop-off times helps us prepare our fleet for the next customer. If you anticipate any delays or changes, please contact us ahead of time to avoid additional fees or scheduling conflicts.
Cleanliness & Damage Responsibility
We expect our trailers to be returned in the same clean, well-maintained condition in which they were provided. Any damages, spills, or excessive mess will result in additional charges for cleaning, repair, or replacement.
Prohibited Uses
Our trailers are meant for safe travel and hauling. Please do not use them for off-road activities, racing, or any other purpose that could cause excessive wear or damage. Following traffic laws and local regulations is the renter’s responsibility.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping inside the trailers are strictly prohibited. Additional cleaning or deodorizing fees will apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is discovered.
Pets
Pets are welcome in select trailers, provided they do not cause damage or disrupt the cleanliness of the unit. Please confirm ahead of time if you plan to bring furry friends along.

Valid Driver’s License & Age
To rent from us, you must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. We reserve the right to request additional identification if necessary.
Insurance Coverage
Proper insurance is mandatory. You may provide proof of personal auto insurance that covers trailer rentals, or you can opt to purchase coverage through our recommended provider. Please confirm your coverage details before your reservation date.

Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit covers any potential damages, late returns, or additional fees that may arise. The deposit is fully refundable once the trailer is returned in good, clean condition and on time.
Booking & Payment
We accept major credit cards, Etransfer, and Cash in person for reservations and final payments. Your rental fee must be paid in full before you can take the trailer. Early bookings are encouraged—especially during peak seasons—to ensure availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
Changes or cancellations made within a specific timeframe prior to your rental date may incur a fee. We understand plans can change, so please let us know as soon as possible to minimize any penalties.
